Before getting into the model, let's quickly understand what are high-performing teams.
A simple definition for a High-Performing team is a Team of individuals who are highly focused on the goals and achieve superior business results.
This is exactly the premise I am going to discuss in the model which I call as HMT model.
If you are an Indian, you might have heard of a very famous watch brand in India called HMT. HMT watches are known for their performance and elegance.
